General Warranty
UCE Gear products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the consumer owns the product. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental factors, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or industrial/commercial use.
If a product purchased from UCE Gear is found defective, UCE Gear will repair, replace, or substitute it with a product of equivalent value. Warranty Exclusions
The following exclusions apply, including but not limited to:
Freight Damage: UCE Gear is not responsible for product damage incurred during shipping or handling. Shipping and handling issues will be addressed separately per UCE Gear policies.
Normal Wear and Tear
Product Negligence: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions.
Unauthorized Alterations or Attachments: Any modifications not approved by UCE Gear.
Packaging Materials: Damage to packaging or corrugated components.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, refunds cannot be granted.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method within several days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund is delayed:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We replace items only if defective or damaged. For exchanges, email support@ucegear.com for instructions.
Gift Returns: If the item was a marked gift sent directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return receipt. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Contact UCE Gear promptly upon discovering a defect, providing proof of purchase.
UCE Gear will inspect and review product eligibility for warranty coverage.
Authorized replacements, repairs, or replacement parts will be provided as deemed necessary by UCE Gear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $75, as UCE Gear cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
